Frequently asked questions.
How do I join the church email or text list?
If you would like to join the church email or text list, click on our “Connect” tab and fill out the form.
What is our worship style like? ? How long are our services? How do I join online worship?
Our worship services are Christ-centered, joyful, and blended in style—we sing a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary music, spend time in Scripture and prayer, and hear practical, Bible-based preaching. A typical Sabbath service lasts about an hour and a half to two hours, and our aim is to make worship meaningful, uplifting, and welcoming for all ages. Lunch is served after every service. If you can’t attend in person, you can join us online each Sabbath through our livestream on YouTube or Facebook. Services are also archived so you can watch anytime during the week. We’d love to have you worship with us—online or in person.
Do I have to be a member to attend? What should I wear? Where should I park? Is the church wheelchair accessible?
You do not have to be a member to attend—everyone is welcome. You do not have to wear any special clothing to worship; come just as you are. Most people dress in what is comfortable for them, from casual to traditional “church clothes.” We simply ask that clothing be respectful for worship—clean, well-fitting, and modest. Parking is available on-site in the lot next to the church. Please enter by driving through the alley behind the church, and turning right into the lot. You can access the alley on Polk Street, and you may park in any open space. Our building is wheelchair accessible, and those with disabilities are encouraged to enter through the Polk Street door. Our ushers are happy to assist with seating or any other needs.
